Swiss Dental Implant

1. Endosteal Implants (Most common)

These are placed directly into the jawbone and act like natural tooth roots. They can support a single crown, a bridge, or even a full denture.

2. Subperiosteal Implants

Used when the jawbone is too thin or weak for traditional implants and bone grafting isn’t possible. The implant frame sits on top of the bone but under the gum tissue.

3. Zygomatic Implants (Special cases)

Longer implants anchored in the cheekbone (zygomatic bone) instead of the jaw. These are used when the upper jawbone has severe bone loss.
